Clear sky, sunshine, sparkles of frost this morning. Today I managed to develop a cold, a headache, achey arms and a temperature....hope it is just a 24 hour thing as I was looking forward to having a walk tomorrow :-\

Have to think long and hard about tomorrows blip as it will be number 200- feels like an achievement!
