Hopping around!

A Couple of 'Sheepskates'

I've been for a walk along the 'New River' walk with Mr H. This is a route that has been open for just a few years and previously we have spotted a kingfisher or two.

Today we saw a heron and we bumped into these very woolly sheep. To begin with, the sheep totally ignored us, however, as we walked off again, they got all excited and started to follow us. I think they were after a bite to eat, but 'sheepskates' that we are, we were not carrying any sheep fodder. They needed those extra woolly looking woolly coats. It was absolutely perishing cold out there, icy, in fact.

We have had a good hot cup of soup and are about to settle down with with tea and biscuits.
