Yesterday Katie had been contemplating playing in her pretties. She ditched them and did the blipped jigsaw instead. But this morning, she returned to the pretties.

We had a much better night. She woke at 10, only to get in my bed, then slept through. She got up at 5.30 but I prefer to get a few unbroken hours (although of course I didnt get to bed until 12.30) than a little longer with wakenings. Since she got up, she's had Yule Be Wiggling on. It may be February, but not a day passes that Katie doesnt ask for Christmas songs, or a Christmas DVD. We get in the car and she requests Santa Baby or Rudolph, although I've told her they've gone until next Christmas. I relented with the DVD when we found this in the charity shop last week!

She's going to be quite excited this afternoon - the Cousins are collecting her from nursery for the first time, as Mummy has to go to a late lecture until 6.30. So very looking forward to our Saturday together!

Today we had everything confirmed about the move next Friday - the final technicality is now complete. I get our keys at 9.30 Friday morning. Life is good. Exciting times.... now excuse me, I have a house to pack. The contents of. The house won't fit in the vans.
