Training

It might have been -5 in the car park, but what a glorious day for a run in the hills, the sky was clear and blue, the sun was out, there was no wind (well apart from at the top!)

This was my first run up the hills since last summer and I have a hill race next Saturday, I have a feeling it is probably too little too late and I will no doubt have very sore legs tomorrow - but boy it was fun!
