Picture Postcard

This building is the old part of the city hall of Haaksbergen. It was built in between 1940-1941 and designed by architect J.Th.J. Cuypers and son P. Cuypers jr.

The stone woman is part of the war monument and is called "Moeders des Volks" (Nation's Mother).
