Happy Dad

Whilst visiting my Mum in hospital my Kindle, (e-book reader) suffered an accident, on returning I telephoned Amazon and had a convesation with a very polte young man who after I had gone through all the symptoms pronounced it "dead".
He then went off for two or three minutes and then came back and offered me a brand new Kindle for £41.67 + vat (=£500), this is a very good deal as mine is the 'keyboard' "all singing - all dancing" Kindle. I immediately agreed and he then promised delivery before 12:00 the next dat - today and hey presto here it is.

Outstanding customer service.

I am so pleased I immediately purchased another three books to celebrate and all books are currently downloading. I have a sneaking suspicion that my daughter covets my Kindle, especially since she found out it 'speaks' to me.
My Mum is making good progress, Clare is at a "Brownie Dinner" although as it's late at night and in a restaurant I'm not exactly sure how many Brownies will be attending, but I'm also sure that they will be eating something "They Made Earlier", if not then I'll be disappointed.

After an horrendous start to the week it all looks good tonight!!
