Vanilla

According to logic todays' shot should be a snowy one - more snow today and really freezing cold. Waiting for the bus without gloves was not it - that's about how many degrees!

Passed the little shop close to my home for a packet of milk and got to think about a recipe. I asked for vanilla bean pod and the sweet woman didn't know the word. We searched together and found it and I described how you can use it. We had good laugh about her surprised face when she saw it.

Custard:
4 egg yolks
4 table spoons icing sugar
vanilla from 1 pod
4 dl whipping cream

Whip yolks, sugar and vanilla. The cream is whipped separately. Put together and enjoy!
