Pick up a penguin

Boring day at work today then had to go to Stafford for a 3hour meeting in the afternoon.

Went for a run tonight with my mate who I'm going to train so she is ready for her 5km run. She done really well saying its her first ever road run and it was -2. We run 1.5miles but we did walk a little at times. I reckon She will be running 5km with in a month.

I have just finished ironing my clothes ready for one of my best mates stag doo on Saturday. We are going to Bristol and doing its a knockout. I'm hoping that Stuart hall will be there doing the commentary, but I doubt it. Hopefully it won't be to cold as I don't fancy falling into the drink dressed as a large penguin when it's -5, Roll on Saturday.
