This is true, I did. But I had to get there first and my trip took me via Salerno where, whilst waiting for a train, I wandered down to the harbour where all of these maritime toys were on display. The marina was full of similar vessels with no-one around enjoying them. There ought to be a law against it. Or at least one which says I can be loaned such a craft for the day if no-one else is using it.
