My wife phoned with a flat tyre. When I got home, we threw a couple of summer wheels for her car in the back of mine, along with the trolley jack & torque wrench. Parked my car grannie-style to protect me and light the place up while I swapped the wheels over.

Changing wheels in near-freezing conditions on a busy road isn't much fun.

Hopefully the tyre can be saved, but I'm suspecting not.
