Lunar Halo
I have never seen a lunar halo before, so it just had to be today's picture.
A picture taken earlier in the day of false teeth sticking out from under a cafe doorway gets relegated, but such is the way of Blipfoto.
Lunar halos are caused by ice particles in cirrus clouds glinting in the moonlight.
The halo you see will be different to someone else's due to it being caused by slightly different particles.
