Should've read the signs!

Evidently an attention deficit driver.

It seems the top of the trailer hit the bridge, not the cab. Since the bridge is at an angle, I assume that caused the lorry to topple.

I guess luck would have it there was nothing coming the other way, as this is generally a very busy road in Motherwell.

Height restrictions are clearly sign posted, should any other HGV drivers wish to come this way.
