City Centre

I suppose every city must have one of these, but it's nice to actually stumble across it.

I've sharpened the image as much as I dare to render the text legible at small sizes, but if you can't read it above it says: "THIS DISK marks the datum point from which in 1725 William Warren, Fellow of Trinity Hall, began to measure the one mile points along the road from Cambridge at which were then set up the first true milestones in Britain since Roman times." Yes...DISK rather than DISC.
