nearly wasted a beautiful day

oh dear....never drinking again - haven't we all said that? had a little too much to drink last night at Petes Party, and woke up at 8am with the mother of all hangovers. bacon and fried egg sandwich was kill or cure time! what made it worse was the glorious sunshine shining through the curtains, as i lay there trying to recover!! hate wasting a day, so eventually got out in the afternoon sunshine and enjoyed a good bike through the woods. then back for a sauna! fullly recovered now!
