Something to be greatful for #1

The beautiful view from the bottom of my garden on a very lovely day: it is cold and windy but the sun is shining. I live in a wonderful place and should take a bit more time everyday to be grateful for it - often I forget and am grumpy anyway!

Today I am inside with a huge amount of work to do. I have both freelance work on and my ordinary job to do: there not really enough hours in the day. I really need to make the decision if I want to take anymore freelance work on as it is very disruptive to family life as we just don't have the childcare to cover the cost. Both children are in nursery for a full day today, which is about 2.5 hours more than usual. J complained bitterly when he was told. He will be fine when he gets there, he always complains about having to go and again when I pick him up that he wants to stay and play. He can have a full day with his friend Freddy and Wednesdays are the only day he sees him.

I really must get some work done.
