The outisde and inside scene

Usually, two kind of scenes pass by while living in the world. Inside and outside. Most of the times, they dont match. It happens rarely (atleast in my case) that the scenes match.
By sneaking from the window of the car, dont know by which rule, it looked to me that I am seeing myself on the cart with my head and arm on knee.
