makeshift studio

One of the things we don't have in our building is a photo studio - which I reckon is a bit of an omission in a design school. There are ones at the school of art but it's easier to set up some lights in the entrance foyer and get on with your shoot. It does mean that sometimes you draw a crowd and that you need to deal with multiple temperatures of light and varying degrees of daylight but on a dark grey day like today its much easier. This is Tim and Pat shooting images for the instruction booklet for Pat's Kiwijoe bike rack - it's edging closer to production, but like a lot of things this stuff can take a while...
