Time and time again

Why have I got two watches on my arm? Because the newer one's battery stopped working so I have been wearing the old one until I got it fixed. Today, I took it to the shop for a new battery, and when I got home, I took it out of my bag and put it on my arm so I wouldn't forget to take it upstairs and put it on my dressing table to remind me to wear it tomorrow.

Hold on, let me read that back. I have a feeling it will sound rather strange and you'll wonder what the hell I'm on about. Oh well, with a memory like mine, you can't take any chances on remembering anything!
