Rat Race

So, I have achieved my first unbroken month of blipping - feeling most proud.

Met S this evening for a trip to The Cameo and then a couple of drinks in Henrick's. We saw 'Two-Lane Blacktop' (1971), an open-road epic with rival car owners racing for pink slips and the affections of a girl. The film reminded me a lot of Kerouac's 'On The Road', depicting lives in transit with a sense of rootlessness and wandering.

Made me crave the open road...
