Cherry picking....

I blipped the old Festival Theatre on 5th September last year and said it was a shame that such a lovely listed building should remain unused.

Well it looks as if work has started on it!
People are often reluctant to take on a listed building because of all the regulations.
Rumour has it that it is going to be a banqueting suite.

......Not another listed building blip!!!
