Jammy

Depths of Winter and our supplies are running low, largely due to one teenage boy who seems to have a bottomless apetite. So, after much moaning I finally gave in on Sunday night and made some Jam. Had to really as Mrs P went on a mad clean out of the chest freezer and re-discovered several Kg of fruit we put in there in the Autumn.

Still got plenty in there so guess will have to make more soon so the shelf is heaving again under the weight of home preserves.

Got home tonight to spot only two large jars where there were previously three. Got worried Mrs P was giving the nectar away again before I'd even had some, but thankfully it was just in the fridge. Phew ;)

Blip idea in the bag, quickly turned into tonights blip.
