We went shopping today to start buying the raffle prizes for our golf club spring ball in April, the sales are on so we try and buy as many of the prizes as we can to get good value for money. Out lot are always grateful for booze, the brandy was 5 euros a bottle and the scotch was 7 euros a bottle.

I think I over did it in the exercise stakes, yesterday I did a 2k run, and hour body pump and an hour yoga, today was an hour spinning, my thighs are killing me, tomorrow is a sedate round of golf.
