Can you hear me?

After a truly truly dreadful night of sleep from both kids (up hourly - I do not exaggerate), I had to teach CPR at work today. I've had to put a lot of extra hours in as I've only ever been a first aid student and have never actually had to deliver a course. I'm really enjoying it but I felt like one of the mannequins today. This evening I have to plough my way through a tonne of reports. Quiet sobbing ensues.
