lotus flowers

Went into Leicester today, specially to go to the cheese market. Supermarket pre-packed stuff isn't a patch on what you can get from the cheese market. Also needed to go to the sewing shop for more fleece supplies.

The Lotus Flowers are an art installation on the roundabout just underneath the Belgrave flyover in Leicester. There were erected around 2000. They light up at night to provide a cheerful welcome to visitors. I rather like them - they're colourful and bright and something a little bit different.
