'ah, that's better!'

gosh it was hot in the middle of the day today. grey and haar-y when i went across the city to get my hair cut and progressively hotter and sunnier as i strolled along princes st afterwards. stopped off in st andrew square garden, newly opened up (tho lacking places to sit that aren't the grass or lumps of concrete block - and where are the rubbish bins???), and just generally enjoyed the sensation of summer in the city for half an hour. far too bright for decent photos (esp the reflections i was trying to capture), but i did like this chap cooling his feet in the water feature ;-) then on the way home, even tho i saw the thunder shower coming over the hills, i still got caught in it :-(
