The Leith Police dismisses us.

The sign outside Leith Police station, during a lightning storm and crescent moon (ok it's all photoshop apart from the sign).
The building was the original Burgh of Leith District courthouse at one time, and parts of the building are very grand inside. It also has a war memorial inside to the fallen 1914-1918 who were Leith Burgh police officers, Gayfield station also has the same.
At one time the licensing laws in Leith were different to Edinburgh's and the Boundry bar (Leith Walk) straddled the border, and when time was called on one side you could simply move across the border to continue drinking.
