Nope. Not listening.

Sometimes it is better just to shut out the noisy, angry member of the family and get on with your life.

Had quite a reasonable day today, partly because I had a good night's sleep and kicked off the week with some energy. Reasonably focused (most of the time) and ate well.

Nice to come home and eat with the family.

TSM had a phenomenally successful first week of dieting. So proud of her. Witty, gorgeous and disciplined.
