Lovely this morning in the Park and the opportunity to facilitate an outdoors team building exercise was on. A few moans and groans when the news broke that these 18 year olds had to get outside for 30 minutes, but once they were out in the sunshine and moving around everybody got the job done and there were lots of smiley faces at the end - result :)
