A view at teatime

I managed to grab a few very quick shots at teatime, when I sat for a few minutes with a cup of peppermint.

The threatened overnight snow was actually very tame, more like a dusting of sugar on a cake, and only on the tops of the hills in the background. Sorry for the rather plain image. I was trying to get a sense of washes of colour in the fading light.

I'm off to Bristol for a couple of days so will be back-blipping later.

I've changed the picture to a similar but less washed out version. But is it any better? Only the second time I have changed my blip.
