On the 5th Jan after 16 years of smoking, the hub decided he'd break the habit and choose a healthier lifestyle.
He uses an iPhone app and lots of gum. After attending a job interview last week he had a moment of stress and temporary slip (2 puffs of a cig) before slowly walking away from the packet and habit.
In order to help and motivate, I have written a nr of "affirmations" and left them around
the house in hope that it may help him refocus on the positives when he's feeling a little down. This is just one of them.
