Tunnel Traffic

Stayed in town after work to have dinner with my eldest sister down from Auckland, and my nephew and partner. Had yummy kebabs and some very nice Boundary Road Flying Fortress ales - not so many that I had any difficulty navigating through the Mt Victoria tunnel. I've cycled to/from work for several years and the number of times through here I can count on one hand - it's a horrible, smelly, noisy place, currently undergoing a lot of work so hopefully will become a bit better. It's certainly not made to cope with oncoming pedestrian or bike traffic.
