Finishing Touches

Today was party day. RS chose some champagnes and Canadian wines made by the same method. Our friend L( seen here finishing a tray of treats) K and I chose and prepared food to pair with it. And almost everyone invited was able to come enjoy things with us. I had a wonderful time. I do believe champagne agrees with me.

Those morsels L is arranging were croustades filled with lime ginger mayonnaise and topped with ribbons of smoked salmon. There were none left over.
