A few years ago buyers were fighting over lots, and crews worked 6 days a week to meet the demand. In the late afternoons, Tabasco and I would wander through these homes-to-be. We'd critique the lot choice, countertops and floor plans. Well, that boom, went bust. This house going-up is a rarity. So we seized the opportunity to enjoy our critique and wander.
