Shawlands, Glasgow

Out and about, so a wee street scene today. This is where Minard Road/Langside Avenue crosses Pollokshaws Road. The Shed is advertised as Glasgow's premier Southside nightclub. Hmm, are there any others? I have been in once ... for Doors Open Day.

We took part in the RSPB Birdwatch 2012 this weekend. There seems to be concern that the number of birds is diminishing, well not in our garden. I think the black sunflower seeds attract visitors. Our results after one hour of watching (number of each species seen at any one time) :-
