More haggis please

The builders arrived this morning to crack on with roof repairs and to get the electrics disconnected in the kitchen so we can start ripping the rest of it out.

Chef then made left over haggis for Sunday brunch with potato cakes, poached egg and mushrooms.Yum, yum. Twice in one week, even for me that's a record.

I've been busy too and the once filthy house has now been scrubbed top to bottom.

So.....we're all out of excuses now and after taking January off we'll have to continue with the home improvements again. I'm not looking forward to the dust storm that will inevitable follow but if I keep my eyes on the prize I'm sure I'll make it through.
