Braved the cold, sleet and rain to see if I could spot a Short-eared owl or Hen Harrier but it seems they had the right idea and didn't brave the elements.

This is the view from a hide where I sheltered for a while. Not one bird to be seen, although I did see a Goldcrest and a Willow Tit on the way back to the car.
