Last day in Hastings today. Attended several sessions of the conference in the morning then headed off to Havelock, in fact Te Mata, to stock up on wine and cheese. First I went to Te Mata cheeses. Yuuuuuuum. Spent far too much.

Then off to Te Mata wines, again, spent too much. I didn't buy the Coleraine, several lesser. My favourite, the Bullnose Syrah - big heavy red. Gorgeous.

Then back into the car for the 4 hour drive to Wellington, on the plane and home. Yes, we ate some cheese and drank some of the wine when I got home ;-)

btw, I think this would be better with the gates open a little, but, it was pissing with rain and blowing a gale ... next time!
