Potluck with Friends

A fun evening with friends and interesting foods. The theme of the potluck was 'Chinese New Year', so each person did their interpretation of a traditional lunar new year food. We had pork belly, sous vide duck and beef wrapped with a mini pancake, a deconstructed dumpling (built in layers like a lasagna--my contribution), yusheng and a lovely salad of sprouts, waxed duck and lapcheong (chinese sausage). The crowning glory was a cheese, ham platter shaped like a dragon (see top right corner), and a watermelon filled with vodka (not in picture)
