Dinner

Yes, I was going to do this last night, but life got in the way...

It's not the most exciting thing to blip, but it was sensational! I couldn't find a recipe for the marinade I had in mind so I decided to "wing" it. Amazingly, it worked a treat. Lamb cutlets - is there a better meat?

Coupled with asian noodle salad and fried rice, everyone was happy :)

I'll try for something a little more creative (in the photo dept.), tomorrow.
