At Last..............!!

Put my back out at work last Wednesday evening.................!!

Started my shift at 6-30pm, i was at home flat on my back by 11-30.....

Been flat on my back in bed ever since........

Managed this capture from our bedroom window this afternoon.........

Hopefully i'll be ok for work on Monday evening............
