Writing Business Emails

Well, today I had an all-day training for how to write business emails, it was not bad but didn't discover so much things and also I think just half day was enough.

As I was a little bored, and as it didn't need my full attention, I begun to exercise my left hand. I always wrote the alphabet and the numbers, this time I tried for the first time to make the letters bold and found that it was more difficult.
