UFO Beaming Up From Wicken Fen

Well, it might have been, or it could just have been the sunlight pouring through a hole in the clouds. Whatever it was, it was very pretty.

I had a visit to the Fen with Flopsybunny and her Mr F. It was pretty cold but energising and bracing as we had a trot around the boardwalk.

I really did need that hot chocolate and 'Smarties' cookie at the cafe. It was a medical emergency and hypothermia had to be prevented.

Mr H and I are having our own 'Burns Night' tonight. A veggie haggis, of course. We will be toasting our 'absent friends' with a wee drop of single malt in our very best crystal whisky glasses.
