Planning the Big Backpacking Trip

It's only January but we are already doing the preliminary planning for our week-long backpacking trek with the Scouts in late August. So far we've discussed treks along the Pacific Crest Trail in the Cascades, the Wonderland trail around Mt. Rainier, and a trip along the Oregon Coast.

Naturally, just as there were from last year's trip in the Cascades there will be daily Blips from the trail...
