8th Day of CNY- A Sunday

Noon: lunch at a cousin's place (dad's side), turned out to be an enjoyable affair :) pictured above is one of my cousins and neice cutting up a delicious mango cake.

Evening: dinner with my secondary school friends-- all 7 of us were there. Even Immy, who came back during her break & will be flying back to Beijing Uni this coming Tues! The most amazing thing was (everyone agreed on this)-- get this-- we were all =PUNCTUAL!= haha.. gosh.. we must be growing up ;) Then everyone went over to Von's place for a few rounds of mahjong.

Night: attend my Tua Tio's (mum's eldest sis' husband) wake.. God bless him and my aunt and cousins.. The last time I saw him was on the second day of CNY-- just 6 days ago. He looked the same, though in recent years he's been lying in bed due to a persistent headache.. Death is so unpredictable.
