Slow

I've had this slow cooker for about 5 years and have used it just a couple of times.
So I cheated and bought a Swartz packet for slow cooking to make me use it. And the packet meant it was actually easy, not more of a faff than normal cooking. I wasn't that impressed though, the meat definitely is better if cooked first and the sauce was a bit bland.
