The last straw

I got Mrs B to snap this for me from the car (I was driving) just off the A17 in deepest Lincolnshire (also known as the back of beyond)

There was an absolutely stunning sunset in the opposite direction, but the golden light of the end of the day made this haystack look amazing, though it was a tough call as to which one to blip.

It's a long trip from West Yorkshire (home) to Norfolk (family) so the sunset was a welcome sight on an otherwise boring four hour drive.

Plus, the haystack was probably the highest spot for fifty miles or so (the fens, flatter than a pancake)
