Went on THE most boring training day today which included a 3 hour manual handling update *yawn*. We have to attend these mandatory days yearly but they never get any better, and to make matters worse, we didn't even get a coffee break...aaaagh!
At the end of our adult resuscitation session i had to smile at the mannequin torso's packed away in their bags. It did remind me of a bobsleigh team. :-)
All set now for a quiet night in before a full weekend of work. Off now to top up my depleted caffeine levels. :-)
