Fleeting glance: Tawny Owl

5pm found me down at the patch hoping to see gulls coming into roost - fail.

However, put the 50mm on and take a couple of shots of trees when this Tawny Owl took off and spooked a load of other birds, including Jay! Pushing my BI up to 0.796.
