Bald Eagle

The title says it all. Sitting chatting just having eaten breakfast I suddenly saw this eagle land on the spruce. It's an amazing bird, coming from the UK I've never seen an eagle in the wild before this trip. To have one land in a tree so close was breathtaking.


I should explain a little about the poor quality of the image.... I wasn't able to get up close and not having a great lens I've had to crop quite significantly to get a recognisable image and not have it too pixellated.
