Wind Blowing on Middle Sister of the Cascade Range

This morning in The Bulletin, our local newspaper, was a very interesting article by a young man who skied into a cross country ski shelter from the Edison Sno-park. His description of the snow was amazing. In the last week 99 inches of snow has fallen in the mountains. When he took his skis off to enter the shelter, he sunk into snow up to his hip!!

So, I decided on this lovely, blue-sky day, I needed to share my mountains with you! Here is Middle Sisters, with the wind kicking over the ridges.
